The Flow is fully compliant with the principles of the OAIS (Open Archival Information System). It takes long-term responsibility for the preservation of digital content, uses metadata, is independent of specific technologies and formats, and supports the entire digital content lifecycle.
Advanced Metadata
The system provides comprehensive metadata management capabilities that make it possible to capture, store, manage, and retrieve metadata according to the defined metadata standards. This supports the effective organization and identification of the archived content.

OUR APPROACH
AI
We have integrated powerful AI features to our MAM system, that bring our customers the opportunity to extract new type of input from media assets in an instance. Furthermore, it allows us to create tools that can generate curated visuals. Data Privacy and Security are our highest priorities. Therefore, we only use open source AI that we locally install on customer systems ensuring that no information or data is leaked externally. With us, you own your data and can control who has access to it.
Our AI features include object recognition, automated transcription (audio-to-text) with the possibility for translation, OCR (on-screen-character) in which the system reads text from visuals such as pdfs and generates a text out of it. All this becomes searchable within our system, making it possible to find relevant materials from an unlimited amount of media assets in one search.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE
We offer a variety of system architecures
With us you can choose between different system architectures that support the structure of your business or company. With a local set-up you can have one or more Flow Centers running on premise. This architecture is often favoured by producers or broadcasters using large local storages and multiple local machines. We also offer cloud solutions, or hybrid solutions that combine local and cloud solutions. For global actors who share considerable volumes of media globally, we offer hosted system architectures. In this model we run the Flow Center for you and provide you with a constant hassle-free MAM system with a customized system build. The Hosted service is preferred by customers such as rights-sellers, industial companies, agencies and larger institutions.
